MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience of not less than 8 years in HR roles, with a focus on organizational development, Training and HR best practices.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance requirements, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to strategize and execute HR programs that align with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Manager, Financial Accounts & Banking (MFAB)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACA or similar professional certification is an added advantage.
- Proven experience of not less than 6 years in financial accounts preparation, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of banking processes and financial systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, leadership and organizational skill
- Proficiency in notable financial software and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Manager-Budget, Costing & Incentive (MBCI)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; Professional certification such as CMA of CFA is a plus.
- Excellent attention to leadership and organizational skill.
- Proven experience of not less than 6 years in budgeting, product costing, and corporate finances.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Manager, Procurement & Inventory Management (MPI)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, and inventory management roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
- Proficient in inventory tracking systems and supply chain management software.

Head, Internal Audit, Compliance & Risks (HIACR)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
- Administration, or related field; ACA or related professional qualification and audit certification make added advantage.
- Extensive experience of not less than 8 years in internal audit, compliance, and risk management roles.
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies, regulatory frameworks, and risk assessment practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal audit software.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex information.
- Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Manager, Product Quality Assurance & Research (MPQAR)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- 8+ years Proven experience in quality control and product research roles, preferably in the food sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with various teams effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality management systems.
Shift Production Manager (SHM)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Manufacturing,
- Industrial Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in plant operations, of not less than 6 years in production management, or a related role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other engineering software.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, in a production environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols..
Team Lead Electrical Automation (EAE)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an electrical/electronic engineer in a workshop environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD and electrical/electronic design software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of workshop safety procedures and best practices.
Team Lead Mechanical (ME)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience of not less than 8 years as a mechanical engineer, preferably in a workshop setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD and other related engineering software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of workshop safety procedures and best practices.

Manager Sales & Export (MSE)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- 8+ years Proven experience in sales management and export operations
